Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the sixteenth meeting to order at 10:36 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The MN Department of Health presented an update on federal stimulus legislation and implementation.

Representative McNamara moved that the minutes of March 10, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
