MINUTES


Representative Murphy, Cultural and Outdoor Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 3:00 P.M. on April 12, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.

HF 2882 (Hansen) A bill for an act relating to state government; appropriating money from constitutionally dedicated funds for outdoor heritage purposes.

Representative Hansen, Mike Kilgore, Chair, Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage Council, Bill Becker, Executive Director, Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage Council, Bob Meier, Assistant Commissioner, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and Dennis Simon, Wildlife Section Chief, Division of Fish and Wildlife, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, testified.

A quorum was present at 3:07 P.M.

Chair Murphy moved HF 2882 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Cultural and Outdoor Resource Finance Division Committee Bill on Constitutionally Dedicated Sales Tax Proceeds.

Representative Davids moved the minutes of April 7, 2010 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
