Representative Murphy, Cultural and Outdoor Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 4:35 P.M. on February 22, 2010 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present
Ryan Baumtrog, Executive Budget Officer, Minnesota Management and Budget, Katharine Barondeau, Executive Budget Officer, Minnesota Management and Budget, and Mike Roelofs, Executive Budget Coordinator, Minnesota Management and Budget, presented the Governor’s Supplemental Budget Recommendations.
Ron Soderberg, Fiscal Analyst, House Fiscal Department, and Helen Roberts, Fiscal Analyst, House Fiscal Department presented an overview of the account budget.
Representative Davids moved the minutes of February 17, 2010 be adopted.
