Representative Murphy, Cultural and Outdoor Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 4:30 P.M. on Monday, March 8 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

A quorum was present at 4:35 P.M.
The joint meeting of the Cultural and Outdoor Resources Finance Division and the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Division was adjourned at 5:20 P.M.
