MINUTES
Representative Michael Paymar, Chair of the Public Safety Finance Division Committee, called the eighth meeting to order at 8:32 a.m. Thursday, February 5, 2009 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Kohls moved the Public Safety Finance Division minutes from February 3, 2009, as corrected to include Rep. John Lesch in attendance.
MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
A review was provided to committee members on the activities and Governor’s budget recommendations for the Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines Commission.
