MINUTES
Representative Kahn, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 2:49 P.M. on February 26, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Deputy Commissioner Dan Salomone and Operations Manager R. Gregory Tschida, both from the Department of Revenue, explained the Integrated Tax System proposal.
Planning Director John Lally, Office of Enterprise Technology, responded to questions members had regarding the project.
Deputy Commissioner Stephanie Andrews, Assistant Commissioner Lori Mo, both from the Department of Finance and Commissioner Dana Badgerow from the Department of Administration, discussed the MAPS proposal.
Representative Koenen moved that the minutes of February 24, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:18 P.M.
