Representative Lieder, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Division/Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:30 P.M. on Thursday, January 15, 2009 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Nelson moved adoption of the minutes from January 13, 2009. MOTION PREVAILED.
Kevin Gray, Chief Financial Officer, Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), provided a Finance & Chapter 152 budget overview. Abigail McKenzie, Director, Office of Investment Management, MnDOT, provided a Chapter 152 Construction Program Overview.
