Representative Hornstein, assumed the Chair of the House Transportation Finance & Policy Division and called the meeting to order at 4:36 P.M. on Thursday, March 11, 2010 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

HF2591 (Lieder) Local bridge funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Rep. Lieder moved adoption of the
H2591DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. Judd Shetnan, Met Council, answered questions regarding the bill. Rep. Lieder moved that HF 2591, as amended, be recommended to pass to the Finance Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Rep. Champion moved adoption of the minutes from March 2, 2010. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:50 P.M.
