MINUTES
Representative Otremba, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at
2:50 P.M. on February 4, 2009, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Shimanski moved approval of the minutes from February 2, 2009.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
Department of Agriculture presented the committee an update on Bovine Tuberculosis and Chronic Wasting Disease.
