CIVIL JUSTICE POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES


Representative Mullery, Chair of the Committee, began the meeting at 4:33 P.M. on Monday, February 2, 2009, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

A quorum was not present.

Noting the presence of a quorum, the presentation by the Juvenile Justice Coalition was temporarily suspended while Chair Mullery officially called the meeting to order at 4:37 P.M.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
