Representative David Dill, Chair of the Game, Fish and Forestry Division, called the meeting to order at 4:39 PM, on February 9, 2009, in the Basement of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Thissen moved that the minutes from February 2, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Cornish moved HF304 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
