Representative Brita Sailer, Vice Chair of the Game, Fish and Forestry Division, called the meeting to order at 4:38 PM, on February 16, 2009, in the Basement of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Thao moved that the minutes from February 9, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Thao moved HF301 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
HF301- Hosch
Fishing contest permit requirements modified.

Portable bear stands allowed to be left overnight in wildlife management areas, and barrel use allowed when baiting bear.
