Representative Paul Thissen, Chair of the Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:45 P.M. on Thursday, February 25, 2010 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF1320 (Swails) Pharmacists prohibited from substituting epilepsy drugs without prior consent and notification.

Representative Thissen moved that HF1320 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance.

Representative Thissen moved that HF3116 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Swails presented the bill.

Representative Thissen renewed his motion that HF3116 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Thissen moved that HF2986 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on K-12 Policy and Oversight.

Representative Thissen renewed his motion that HF2986 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on K-12 Policy and Oversight. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Thissen took HF1320 off the table for consideration.

Representative Thissen renewed his motion that HF1320 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
