MINUTES


Representative Julie Bunn, Vice-Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:35 A.M. on Friday, March 13, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dean moved that the minutes of March 11, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1314 (Dean) Nutritionist licensure provisions changed

Representative Dean moved that HF1314 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight.

Representative Dean renewed his motion that HF1314 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1366 (Abeler) Social work licensing provisions modified, fees reduced

Representative Murphy moved that HF1366 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight.
