MINUTES

Representative Mahoney, Chair of the Bioscience and Workforce Development Policy and Oversight Division called the meeting to order at 10:35 A.M. on February 3, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Obermueller moved approval of the Minutes from the January 28, 2009 meeting. MOTION PREVAILED AND MINUTES ARE APPROVED.

Commissioner McElroy, Department of Employment and Economic Development testified on how they arrived at cuts to their budget.

Chair Mahoney welcomed the High School Pages to the Committee.

The Committee was adjourned at 12:00 P.M.
