MINUTES

Representative Mahoney, Chair of the Bioscience and Workforce Development Policy and Oversight Division called the sixteenth meeting to order at 10:35 A.M. on March 4, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Gottwalt moved approval of the Minutes from the March 3, 2009 meeting.
MOTION PREVAILED AND MINUTES ARE APPROVED.

Presenting an Oversight on the Workers’ Compensation report were:

Debora Parker Junod, Project Manager, Office of the Legislative Auditor
Commissioner Steve Sviggum, Department of Labor and Industry
Patricia Todd, Assistant Commissioner, Department of Labor and Industry
