Representative Runbeck moved to approve the minutes from March 9, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 939 (Westrom) Private prison housing proposal request by commissioner of corrections required.
Representative Drazkowski assumed the gavel at 12:37 pm.
Representative Westrom moved that HF 939 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee.
Representative Westrom moved that the H0939A1
amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
