Representative Garofalo, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. on February 22, 2011, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Petersen moved that the minutes of February 17, 2011 be adopted.

HF576 (Kelly) Aid shift extended.
Representative Kelly moves that HF576 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
