MINUTES

Representative Garofalo, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. on March 14, 2011, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Erickson moved that the minutes of March 11, 2011 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF783 (Garofalo) Number of public school pupils covered by the permanent fund endowment apportionment expanded.

Representative Garofalo presented HF783.

Representative Garofalo moved HF783 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus education finance bill.

Representative Garofalo renewed his motion that HF783 be laid over for inclusion in a possible omnibus education finance bill.

HF360 (Peterson, Sandra) School district requirement clarified that a school district is not required to provide educational services to students without disabilities from other states.

Representative Garofalo moved HF360 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus education finance bill.
