MINUTES

Representative Garofalo, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. on March 16, 2011, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Downey moved that the minutes of March 15, 2011 be adopted.

HF1029 (Kelly) Board of Teaching funding provided from the special revenue fund for activities associated with licensure by portfolio.

Representative Garofalo moved HF1029 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus education finance bill.

Representative Garofalo renewed his motion that HF1029 be laid over, as amended, for inclusion in a possible omnibus education finance bill.

Representative Loon moved HF669 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus education finance bill.

Representative Loon moves the H0669DE4 amendment to HF669.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Loon moves the H0669A3 amendment to HF669.
