MINUTES

Representative Murray acting Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:20 a.m. on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Quam moved approval of the minutes from the May 5, 2011 meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

H.F. 1666 (Beard) Retention elections for judges proposed, judicial performance evaluation commission created, money appropriated and constitutional amendment proposed.
