MINUTES
Representative Abeler, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:38 P.M. on February 24, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Alex Bartolic, Director of Disability Services, Bob Held, Nursing Facility Rates and Policy Division, Dan Storkamp, Deputy Director, Minnesota Sex Offender Program, Maureen O'Connell, Assistant Commissioner, Chemical and Mental Health, Gene Anderson, Supervisor of Treatment Services, Mike Tessneer, Director of State Operated Services, Scott Leitz, Assistant Commissioner, and Dave Greeman, Budget Director for HCA, Minnesota Department of Human Services, presented the Governor’s Budget Recommendations for the Department of Human Services.
Representative Huntley moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 23, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:17 P.M.
