Representative Gottwalt, Chair of the Health & Human Services Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:32 P.M. on January 19, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Introduction of Commissioner Lucinda Jesson, MN Department of Human Services.
Representative Quam moved approval of the minutes of January 11, 2010. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
Introduction of Commissioner Dr. Edward Ehlinger, MN Department of Health
HF8 (Gottwalt) Healthy Minnesota contribution program established.
Representative Mack assumed the gavel at 2:55 P.M.
Representative Gottwalt moved that HF8 be recommended to pass and be referred to the Committee on Commerce and Regulatory Affairs.

Representative Gottwalt renewed his motion that HF8, as amended, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Commerce and Regulatory Affairs. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
