Representative Abeler, of the Health and Human Services Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:32 P.M. on March 13, 2012, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Abeler began the meeting at 2:32 P.M. A quorum was not present.
Representative Abeler officially called the meeting to order at 2:34. A quorum was present.
HF 1236 (Hamilton) Pharmacy audit integrity program established.
Representative Abeler moved that HF1236 be recommend to pass and be re-referred to the General Register.

A120555 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Hamilton moved to orally amend the A2-005 amendment by P.4, L.4.26 "add" or any audit completed by Minnesota Health Care Programs.

Representative Mack moved that HF2715 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance.
