MINUTES
Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:30 PM on January 18, 2011, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Rukavina moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on January 13, 2011 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The committee heard testimony on the Office of Higher Education.
