MINUTES
Representative Lanning, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:18 a.m. on February 1, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Benson moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on January 26, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Dan Salamone, Acting Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Revenue presented an overview of the agency.
Department of Revenue staff Dan Ostdiek, Chief Financial Officer; Terri Steenblock, Assistant Commissioner for Individual Income Tax; and Greg Tschida, Chief Information Officer responded to Committee members' questions.
James Nobles, Legislative Auditor presented an overview of the Office of Legislative Auditor.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:03 a.m.
