MINUTES

Representative Urdahl, Chair of the Legacy Funding Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:36pm on Wednesday, January 26, 2011, in the Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Torkelson moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on January 25, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The committee heard public testimony.
