Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 A.M. on February 15, 2012, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Myhra moved to reconsider the minutes dated February 8, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE RECONSIDERED.
Representative Wardlow moved an oral amendment to amend the minutes dated February 8, 2012. Delete February 8, 2012 and insert February 9, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE AMENDED.
Representative Crawford moved to approve the amended minutes dated February 9, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Representative Carlson moved to approve the minutes dated February 14, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Julie Herlands, Principal at TischlerBise, presented the Study of the Metropolitan Area Fiscal Disparities Program.
