Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 a.m. on March 1, 2012, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Knuth moved to approve the minutes dated February 29, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Chair Davids moved HF1842 (Fabian).

HF1842 (Fabian) Small business upfront capital equipment tax exemption provided.
