Representative Beard, Chair of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:35 P.M. on February 21, 2011, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Benson moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 16, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED
HF392 (Howes) School bus crossing control arms required.
Representative Leidiger moved that HF0392 be recommended to pass and be referred to the Committee on Education Finance.
