MINUTES
Representative Beard, Chair of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:35 P.M. on Monday, January 10, 2011, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chairman Beard provided introductory remarks and a committee overview.

Presentation by the Minnesota Department of Transportation on November 2010 forecast of transportation and transit revenues and expenditures:
Pam Tschida, Acting Chief Financial Officer,
and Warren Skallman, Budget Director
