DATA PRACTICES SUBCOMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Scott Chair of the Data Practices Subcommittee, called the meeting to order at 10: 35 a.m. on Monday, March 20, 2012 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Mazorol moved to approve the minutes from Monday, March 12, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1967 (Abeler) Children and family services provisions modified, child safety and permanency reform provided including adoptions under guardianship of the commissioner, statutory provisions modified relating to child support, child care provisions modified, fees modified, MFIP provisions modified, criminal penalties provided, and technical changes made.

Representative Scott moved that HF 1967 be recommended to pass and referred to Civil Law Committee.

Representative Holberg moved for the approval of H1967A10 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Holberg renewed Rep. Scott's motion that 1967, as amended, be recommended to pass and referred to Civil Law.

HF 2456 (Abeler) Continuing care policy provisions amended, disability services and licensing provision changes made, home and community based service standards established, and payment methodologies established.

Representative Holberg moved that HF 2456 be recommended to pass and referred to Civil Law Committee.

Representative Holberg moved to orally amend H2456A4 amendment
Delete Page 3, Line 26 and 27

Representative Holberg moved for approval of H2456A4 amendment. MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Holberg moved to amend HF 2456, as amended.
