MINUTES

Representative Lesch, Chair of Committee on Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 8:37 AM on April 26, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Lesch moved minutes from April 16, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

HF1756 (Holberg) Safe at Home address confidentiality program data handling regulated.

Representative Holberg moved that HF1756 be recommended to pass, as amended, and be referred to the Committee on Rules.

Representative Holberg moved to amend HF1756 (see attachment H1756A2). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Holberg presented HF1756.

Representative Holberg renewed her motion that HF1756 to recommended to pass, as amended, and be referred to the Committee on Rules. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1802 (Norton) Destination medical center corporation data classified.

Representative Liebling moved HF1802 be recommended to pass and be referred to the Committee on Rules.

Representative Norton presented HF1802.

Proponents testifying on HF1802: Shari Aberle, Mayo Clinic counsel; Lynnette Slater Crandall, Mayo Clinic counsel.

Representative Liebling moved HF1802 be recommended to pass and be referred to the Committee on Rules. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
