MINUTES

Representative Atkins, Chair of Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 4:05 PM February 13, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Woodard moved that the minutes from the meeting on February 5, 2013 be approved. THE MOTION WAS ADOPTED

HF 157 (Hilstrom) Bullion coin dealers regulated, registration required, conduct prohibited, and enforcement authority and criminal penalties provided.

Rep. Hilstrom moved HF 157 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Government Operations.

Rep. Hilstrom moved amendment A13-0035. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 181 (Norton) Autism spectrum disorder coverage provided.

Rep. Atkins moves that HF 181 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register.

Rep. Atkins moved amendment A12-0032. THE MOTION WAS ADOPTED.
