MINUTES

Representative Mullery, Chair of Committee on Early Childhood and Youth Development Policy, called the meeting to order at 11:40 AM, Monday, April 15, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Mullery explained to the committee that the hearing would be informational in nature, and that no votes would be taken on HF1779 or amendments.
