MINUTES

Representative Mullery, Chair of Committee on Early Childhood and Youth Development Policy, called the meeting to order at March 11, 2014, 4:08 PM in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Laine moved approval of the minutes for March 5, 2014. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Representative Moran moved that HF 2364 be re-referred to the committee on Health and Human Services Finance.

Representative Moran presented HF 2364; Child care assistance program basic sliding fee forecasted, and child care assistance provider reimbursement rates modified.

Representative Moran moved that HF 2211 be re-referred to the committee on Health and Human Services Policy.
Representative Moran presented information on HF 2211; Child care assistance redeterminations of eligibility modified.
