Chair Thomas Huntley called to order the thirty-fourth meeting of the Health Care and Human Services Finance Committee at 10:11 a.m. in Room 200 of the State Office Building on Wednesday, April 10, 2013. A quorum was present. The committee legislative assistant noted the roll:

At 11: 35 a.m. Chair Huntley announced a recess until 7:00 p.m. in Room 10.
