Rep. Melin, vice-chair of the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:04 a.m. on Thursday April 3, 2014 in the Basement of the State Office Building.

Rep. McNamar moved approval of the minutes from Tuesday March 25, 2014 and Wednesday March 26, 2014. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Rep. Melin moved that HF 2602 (Mullery), court-ordered child support failure to pay crime clarified, be re-referred to the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration.
