Chair Erin Murphy moved that the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Wednesday, April 24, 2013 be adopted.

Representative Carlson moved approval of the Friday, April 19, 2013 minutes.

Chair Erin Murphy moved that HF 814 be passed and sent to the General Register
Chair Erin Murphy moved to amend HF 814 with Amendment
A13-0493.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Bill Bond, Executive Director of Minnesota Crop Production Retailers Association, testified in support of Amendment A13-0493.
Chair Erin Murphy renewed the motion that HF814 be passed as amended and sent to the General Register.
