Representative Murphy, Chair of Committee on State Government Finance and Veterans Affairs, called the meeting to order at 12:32 February 6, 2013 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Steve Elliott, Director, Peggy Ingison, Chief Financial Officer, Pat Gaarder, Deputy Director and David Kelliher, Director of Public Policy & Community Relations; presented an overview and review of Governor's recommendations for the Minnesota Historical Society.

Carolyn Parnell, Commissioner, State CIO, Jon Eichten, Legislative Director; presented an overview and review of Governor's budget for Office of Enterprise Technology (MN.IT)

Testifiers:
Michael Garcia, President/CEO at Duluth Children's Museum; testified on MN Historical Society

Chair Murphy announced that the next meeting would be on Monday, February 11, 2013.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
