MINUTES

Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 12:30 PM February 28th in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Davids moved HF 318 (Davids) Internal Revenue Code changes conformed to, and working family credit phaseout for married filers extended.

Representative Davids moved the H0318A4 amendment.

Chair Lenczewski moved the H0318A6 amendment.

Chair Lenczewski moved the H0318A7 amendment.

Chair Lenczewski withdrew H0318A6 amendment.

Chair Lenczewski withdrew H0318A7 amendment.

HF 318 was laid over for possible inclusion to an Omnibus Tax Bill.

Representative Clark presented HF 885 (Clark) Tax rates increased under the alcoholic beverage excise tax, alcohol health and judicial impact fund established, deposit of revenue provided for, and money appropriated.

Representative Paymar moved the H0885A1 amendment.

The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Representative Paymar moved the H0085A2 amendment.

The motion prevailed, the amendent was adopted.
