Rep. Davnie moved approval of the minutes of Tuesday, May 14, 2013 and Monday, September 9, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Bill Marx, Fiscal Analyst, responded to questions regarding the November 2013 Economic Forecast.

Doug Berg, Fiscal Analyst, responded to questions regarding the 2013 Medical Assistance Expansion budget of Health and Human Services.

Presenting Minnesota Management Budget Update on Statewide Budget Systems Development was Margaret Kelly, Assistant Commissioner, State Budget Director
