MINUTES

Representative Anderson, Chair of the Agriculture Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:16 on March 11, 2015 in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Anderson started the meeting at 10:17 a.m. A quorum was not present.

Rep. Nornes moved to approve the minutes from March 10, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF0910: Direct sale of prepared food licensing exclusions provided.

Rep. Nornes moved that House File0910 be re-referred to the Committee on Agriculture Finance.

Rep. Nornes moved the A15-0163 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
