COMMERCE AND REGULATORY REFORM COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Joe Hoppe, Chair of the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee, began the meeting at 10:01 AM on May 11, 2015 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was reached at 10:10 AM, and the meeting was called to order.

Representative Anderson moved to approve the minutes of April 17, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

SF1215 (Howe)
Flame-retardant chemical use in products prohibited.

Chair Hoppe moved that SF1215 be re-referred to the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee.

Chair Hoppe moved to adopt the S1215DE1 amendment (Howe). THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
