MINUTES

Representative Jenifer Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:46 p.m. on March 18th, 2015, in Room Five of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Anzelc moved the minutes of March 17th, 2015, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Paul Anderson assumed the gavel.

HF720 Loon, Student achievement levy repealed.
Representative Loon moved that HF720 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Representative Loon moved the H0720A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Loon testified on HF720, as amended.

Representative Anderson laid over HF720, as amended, for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill, or further consideration at a later date.

Representative Loon assumed the gavel.

HF596 Drazkowski, Bonded debt authorizations approved after June 30, 2015 levied against referendum market value.

Representative Loon moved that HF596 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Representative Drazkowski testified on HF596.

Representative Loon moved the H0596A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Anzelc moved that HF1641 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.
