MINUTES

Representative Jenifer Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:35 a.m. on April 10th, 2015, in Room Ten of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Dettmer moved the minutes of April 9th, 2015, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF983 Lucero, State aid new source created for school districts with low general education revenue per pupil and low property wealth per pupil.
Representative Loon moved that HF983 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Lucero testified on HF983.

Representative Dettmer moved that HF498, First Engrossment, be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
