Representative Jenifer Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:50 P.M. on March 24th, 2016, in Room Five of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Nornes moved the minutes of March 23rd, 2016 be approved.  THE MOTION PREVAILED.  
HF1806 Hancock, Independent School District No. 39, Red Lake; facility construction and renovation funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Representative Loon moved HF1806 be re-referred to the Committee on Capital Investment.
Representative Loon moved A16-0911 amendment.  THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
