MINUTES
Representative McDonald, Vice Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:54pm on March 19th, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative McDonald began the meeting at 12:49pm, a quorum was NOT present.
A quorum was present at 12:53pm. The meeting was called to order at 12:54pm.
Representative Halverson moved approval of the March 18th, 2015 minutes. The motion PREVAILED. The minutes were APPROVED.
James Nobles, Legislative Auditor, MN Office of the Legislative Auditor; Jo Vos, Evaluation Manager, MN Office of the Legislative Auditor; Shirley Brekken, Executive Director, MN Board of Nursing; and Deborah Haagenson, Board President, MN Board of Nursing, all presented on the Minnesota Board of Nursing: Complaint Resolution Process Evaluation by the Minnesota Office of the Legislative Auditor (OLA) Report.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:30pm.
