Representative Dean, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:02pm on March 17th, 2016, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dean started the meeting at 12:50pm, a quorum was NOT present.
A quorum was present at 12:55pm. The meeting was called to order at 1:02pm.
Representative Zerwas moved approval of the March 16th 2016 minutes. The motion PREVAILED. The minutes were APPROVED.
