Representative Dean, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:42am on April 15th, 2016, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hamilton moved approval of the April 13th, 2016 and April 14th, 2016 minutes. The motion PREVAILED. The minutes were APPROVED.

Representative Lohmer moved HF 3374, as amended, be taken from the table and bring it before the committee. The motion PREVAILED.

Representative Lohmer moved HF 3374, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Lohmer renewed her motion that HF 3374, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. The motion PREVAILED.
